Position Description: LaGarde, Inc is seeking .Net developers to join our Product development team. This is a permanent position with the product development team. The product development team at LaGarde is involved in developing the next generation of ecommerce systems and integration using the latest development technologies and tools. |

Duties: |
|
› |
Develop customer-requested modifications to StoreFront 6.0, including changes to the presentation, business and data access layers of the application. |
› |
Perform unit testing on developed code to ensure high quality. |
› |
Work closely with business analysts to ensure requirements are implemented to meet customer expectations. |
› |
Work closely with QA to ensure requirements are implemented correctly and to fix defects discovered during functional testing. |
› |
Develop and manage multiple projects simultaneously. |
› |
Propose creative solutions to business problems. |
Requirements: |

› |
2 years experience in design, development and testing in MS technologies. |
› |
Understanding of principals of Object Oriented programming, and knowledge of full development life cycle. |
› |
Experience in .NET Technologies, especially dealing with web development; ASP.Net, C#, VB.Net and JavaScript. |
› |
Familiarity with XML and related technologies like XPath, XSD, DTD and XSLT. |
› |
Good understanding of relational database systems, particularly MS SQL Server 2000. |
› |
Good analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills. |
› |
BS Degree in Computer science or related field preferred. |
› |
Good written and verbal communication skills. |
› |
Familiarity with tools like Nunit, Nant, FxCop, MS application blocks or Enterprise Library, etc. is a plus. |
